sukantara day....

my sch today have sukantara.... i become peserta n quatermaster.... damn tired... run here n there.... lucky all done in a place,in sch field... sometimes i go n play some i go n take care off the place... there have lmpt jauh, tinggi, lnter peluru, 1oom, n 200m... run here n there (very tired)...

but i have coz my green house win again... temporarly for sukantara n larian ria is in 1st palce.... happy....

merentas desa

I accompany kejohanan merentas desa MSSD 2009.... this match is in 2 days... the 1st day we go n mengenal the tracks... the tracks is very long.... can die... but i finish it.... at the second day, the real match begin... i n my friend start to run... we run without stopping... lastly we reach the finish... i get num 65... it is better than the 1st day althought can geet prize... but girivasan, get 1st... so geng... teacher very proud of him....

pertandingan bola jaring MSSD 2009

today i got a netball game.... early in the morning i ardy went to sch... so semangat... i wait for my othr friend to come.... after tat we sit teachers car go to the netball competetion... we reach...

we warm up n ready to play the 1st game... we got 4 or 5 game... 2 game we won, 2 game we lose n 1 game we draw... i f the 1 game we win, we sure in to the semifinal... but no luck, we just end up in the saringan... bad luck.... addition, kausalya leg for kicked dun noe by who... looks like very pain... poor her, so teacher took her to a klinik... lastly we went back to sch n go home....

today is larian ria.... i go to sch earyler to help teacher... after helping teacher about to start the running...

1st we warming up demo frm the atlet sch... teacher will let us go followed by catogories... i started run... it was the last change tat i can run in the sch... it was hot n tired... at last i reach the finish.. i get number 8!!! how good... altought i can't get bottom 3... but between bottom 10, can represent sch for merentas desa 2009... i voluntier myself to go.... final, teacher tell the marks for each house... my house, GREEN won the 1st place for larian ria.... i was very happy.....

another bad news....

suddenly i receive a call from kwee yong. She told me that Pn. Noorhayati, our BM teacher had pass away. I dun beleive it... Later i receive another call frm janette, the ex-student, also told me the same news.... i can't beleive it!!!!! i told all my other friend... alll get shock!!!! before tat she was ok on tuesday... suddenly say, she got heart attack and send to the hospital... frm her, i learn a lot how to score my BM... so, i wan to say thank you teacher.... rests in peace.....
