Well this morning, I woke up early because I forgot to pump petrol yesterday. So I went to Shell Station near my house. The lady at the counter asked, do you want to redeem my Bonuslink points? You have 4000+ points (Equal to RM40+). I said I want to pump full, I don't know how much would it be first. So after pump, my total amount I suppose to paid is RM53.00. I said just deduct just deduct 2000 points = RM20. The balance I will paid using touch and go Ewallet. Receipt below. 

  

They have some system problem or what I not sure but I have to wait in order to deduct the points. So I walk around the shell station, wait and finally done. 

Nothing happen, until 16:42PM I receive another email mention I use another 2500 points = RM25. I was like my Bonuslink card is the in car, at this timing I am sitting in the office. How I suppose to spend RM25 in the Shell Station? 

 

On the way back home, I was thinking about it, maybe is glitch system, accidentally repeat the same order this morning. I went back to the shell station and tell them about it. Their boss not around, need to wait the next day. At the same time I was also thinking, they have deduct 4500 points in total, while I was driving, taking shower, I keep thinking and the more I think, it's getting not right. I re-check again all the emails and transaction. 

If they cut extra 10-20 points it's okay but NO. It's 2500 points, do you know how hard to collect 2500 points? I will send email to both parties and call them up tomorrow. 

This was the summary deduct from Bonuslink account. Those evening's transaction was not requested/done by me. 

By the way, today's lunch was awesome. I was craving for mix rice (zap fan). There is no enough place to have it at the restaurant, so we take away back to office. Guess what, it only cost me RM5.50, where can I get so cheap mix rice? I took a fried chicken wing, 2-3 curry potato slice, 2 different kind vegetables, 1 egg and my rice is small portion.
