Previously I have wrote about Shell accidentally redeem my Bonuslink points. Well one of the Shell representative call up. He said Shell have investigate, as well as Bonuslink, the staff at that shell station accidentally redeem my point she/he being penalized. Bonuslink could not return my points. So he said Shell will return the points to me via cash. Need me to head to that Shell Station to collect my cash with the supervisor. Do you know I took years and years to collect up to 4000 points and above? 😓
