2nd November 2020, Monday
I woke up late. I forgot to set my alarm yesterday. Woke up because of noise disturbance from outside the room. Check the time in my phone it's 8:55am, immediately jump out from the bed and quickly get ready to work. I reached office just in time, cause usually I will depart from house in between 9:00am ~ 9:05am, I will reach office by 9:20am ~ 9:30am. My work start from 9:30am - 5:30pm every weekdays.
At office, doing the same routine helping others to key in payroll information's while waiting for the factory to send in their payment summary.
Suddenly I feel like going to have a short run. So after work I decide to go Klang Jaya Park (Soccer field beside Dewan Klang Jaya) to run. On the way back home, it was very cloudy seems like going to rain soon. But this doesn't stop me from going. Reached home, change to exercise attire and head to the park.
Pardon me, I just restart back exercising after stopping for almost 3 months. Need to get back the phase and rhythm. Feel like so old, now every part of my body is sore & ache. 😂😁

Better then me..I’ve been sitting at home for the past 3weeks..no training at all..felt like I lost my motivation to train
